11  1st Neckwarmer in Crochet: Completed Projects by silkymist on: December 17, 2007 06:37:00 PM
I did this in afghan stitch. The buttons are clear glass (antique).
After viewing the pic, I need to redo the position of the buttons.
Other than that is it ok? Oh yeah, it curled under on the side...needs blocking.

12  Re: Love Dove Bag and Peace Sign Laundry Duffle Bag in Crochet: Completed Projects by silkymist on: November 28, 2007 03:57:30 PM
Here's the graphs I used. Click on them to make them larger.

The hand peace sign I graphed at knitpro's graph generating site using this picture,

I changed it up a little, added lines here and there.

Even if you can't crochet in the afghan/tunisian style stitch; you could still single crochet it using the graphs. (Just remember to read left-to-right, then right-to-left, etc. like you would do for filet crochet when following the graphs as you will have to flip your work over with each new row).

Many thanks!

13  DS lite Boobie/Bra Cover-ADULT* in Crochet: Completed Projects by silkymist on: November 06, 2007 12:50:48 PM
This is similar to Zapbunny's, I made this for my son-in-law's birthday tomorrow. Added a bra so he wouldn't be embarrassed, but strap also holds DS in so it doesn't fall out. What do you think?

14  New Hat and Purse in Crochet: Completed Projects by silkymist on: October 31, 2007 02:02:10 PM
Just finished making these. I used a pattern for the hat, but it didn't turn out right, but I still like it. The purse had no pattern and turned out fabulously... both were crocheted then felted...what do you think?
