OK prepare to be amazed!!!!
OK lets start with the origami that her daughter made for me...

They are being modeled by my daughter lol
She made me several kitties and some of them are black like my Gary cat
OK here are the sun catchers (once again being modeled by my daughter)

And here they are in my window

The one you cannot see to well is a black cat...Like my Gary.
The other is a butterfly and one is a butter fly with a  a black cats head lol
Here is a stuffy she sent me of a black kitty with a  blankie (like my Gary)

And this stuffy is a "Catarolaflo"

It has a black cat head, the body of a polar bear and the tail of a flamingo.
It is wearing a fleece scarf and has a blankie to  Smiley
The note says he cannot remember his name cuz he is so old and was in a fight with some trolls (they were after his magic tail) so one of his legs is longer than the others. Now he just wants to live with me where he can sleep in the warm sun and be happy  Grin
Next is a fantastic wallet that has a black cat on it...like my Gary...have you figured out that I have a black cat named Gary  Roll Eyes

Here is the inside with its evil eye..turns out this wallet is "cursed" and will eat your money.

Well I have sad news...this wallet will starve to death with me  Grin I am always broke lol
There is also a Aussie 10 cent piece inside for a lucky coin.
Then she sent me a ton of other goodies like candy, veggiemite, and some cute keychains

I hope I did not forget anything...there was so much wonderfulness crammed into this package I was over whelmed....I love it all Tanza thanks so much...

I have found
pom pom pets
http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/No+Skills/Pom+Pon+Pets.htm
And you could add a pom pom maker into the goddies in your yarn ball

Or maybe a spool knitter and some instructions

Finish afghan for baby shower
Clean and origanize my craft supply room.(I need to get this done so I can get to the stuff I need to finish these other items  )
Make 2 sock monkeys (I think I will give one of them to the new mom at the shower)
Work on private swap of Halloween goodies
Finish afghan for charity
Make yarn wreath (everything is done but putting it together)
Finish re-root on hard doll head to make fairy
Make pop tab craft (to get rid of all the tabs I have collected)

Here is a pic of the ghan (being modeled by Pooky)

And also I started cleaning up and organizing all my craft stuff today.
I made a dent but did not finish so I will not up date my list until I get finished

OK I have been promising to post pics of what I sent to KEmerald but I was getting ahead of my self (I get manic sometimes  Undecided) but with the go ahead from TheBon I will post now...
Please be patient with me as I may get a little wordy.

Here is a pic of the compleate package

Now here is each item and what parts of the list I used on them...
Lets start with the smallest that I loaded into a tyveck pouch, with a black and white photo of the Effiel Tower on the back and 1 lego on the closeier

I figured she could put bit and peices into the pouch or maybe bill or coupons.
Inside the pouch there was :

A lady bug rock. With a touch of black on her belly and the spots

School house rock magnets

Nut and washer earrings that I bought at the hardwear store

A neck tie reconned into a needle book with something soft inside(felt)and beads on the closier

A pocket journal with a photo taken from a readers digest condensed book on the cover thread/yarn to wrap around to hold it closed and wooden beads on the thread/yarn
The pic says "the witness has the whisky glass..." I guess if I had read the book instead of just cutting it up I would know what that ment. Grin
OK things that would not fit in the pouch...

A bird that is a chicken, painted with rainbow colors (although I I am not sure if that will count becasue they are pastel shades of the rainbow) Then on his head he has purple polka dots, and on his body he has 2 colors swirled together to make paisleys. Orange paisleys on a blue back ground so that makes it contrasting colors and he "can" be a flying object and something that makes noise  Wink

A baby seal. I bought him at a yard sale and pinted him then covered him with glitter.(That was a mess  Undecided) and he is something smaller than it would be in real life.
And then my fav item that I hated to part with...(I gotta make me one)

A reconned t-shirt that says the Wilton Y Wahoos (They are somethng from a small town near me)made into a pillow but the shirt has a fish on it that has scales
So that is it....
I will have to look and get a final count on how many items I used but I think most of you have me beat any way  Wink
This was a great swap...I hope there is a round 2

OK here is my list....

#1 is a crocheted angel sachet

The one I have to offer has purple fun fur trim (The pic shown in just an idea of what it looks like)

#2 Crochet kitchen dish clothes one with brasso scrubber in the middle
Made with kitchen cotton

#3 Handmade journals

I have about 7 different ones to choose from so I did not want to put in a pic of every one.
I will take a pic of the group of them in a min so you will get a choice

#4 2 hanks of hand dyed hand spun yarn

I made these at a Ole Tyme festivel we had here in town and then never did anything with them
If I remember correctly the woman said it is brashy wool (what ever that means)

#5  a crocheted TP cover and 6 cotton coasters (crocheted also)
I swear I did NOT steal these from someones granny lol

#6 Crocheted kitty scratching mouse with jingle bell tail
(He has a pocket inside for catnip)

Ok for the next few items (I know we should not do this but.....I have a good reason)
These items I am about to list are NOT done...
But, they are the items I sit and make while watching TV and take less than 30 mins a piece (some less than 10 mins) to make
I am listing them becasue they are waht aI call "stash busters" and you will be helping me to reduce my yarn stash.

#7 Aniorigami (I think i spelled that right) octopus

They are SUPER easy and quick to make and I can make it in just about any color

#8 Soap poodle

This is made around a bar of soap and again I can make in any color

#9 Crocheted trinket box

I can make these in any color but you have to choose 2 colors and I can make them with or with out beads.

#10 Scrunchies

Again any color with our with out beads and I will let you pick 3  Grin

So take a look and I will be back in a few with the group pic of the journals
Here is the low down on the journals
(I will go ahead and do this so if I get to post my list again it will be a little easier)

Journals:

OK journal #1 is duct tape cover inside and out 24 blank pages
#2 is card stock cover with envelopes instead of pages 10 of them (light with hearts on outside and light purple lining on inside of cover
#3 is card stock cover with black and white drawing of a lady with long hair and long pretty dress. Pic is trimmed in black tape to make a "frame" Has a thread tie with a clear plastic bead for closing
20 blank pages and white inner cover
#4 is hard back with 24 blank pages(green "things" on the cover and green lining on inside)
#5 blue and white checkerboard type of design made out of a vinal typoe of plastic schoo folder so it has a pocket on one inside cover 22 blank pages and braided thread tie for closing
#6 yellow and orange hard back on outside and tiki, surfboard tropical print on inside of cover 52 blank pages and ribbon tie for closing
#7Card stock cover with sheet music on outside and white inside 30 blank pages

All journals have hand sewn in pages that are white normal weight paper (unless otherwise stated)

WHEW!!!! That is alot of junk stuff Wink

I made these from a pattern I saw on Carol Duvall
I was in the Great Craftster Scavenger Hunt swap and one of the items on the list was a neck tie...So I thought this would be fun to try.
(Sorry about the bad pics, they were taken with my web cam)

I can post a link to the pattern if anyone wants it  Grin

Ok I saw these on Carol Duvall and of course thought "I can do that!"
So since I was in the Great Craftster Scavenger Hunt swap and one of the things to use was a neck tie I got to work.
Please excuse the bad pics...they were taken with a web cam.

I can find the link to the pattern if anyone wants it
