Paint over the holes with a thin layer of emulsion, let dry and cure...ORRRRR, you can do what I do---the lazy method...Just cover it up with tape. hee hee
3  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Re: where to buy good blank t-shirts and/or totes for silkscreening? on: November 25, 2006 12:40:06 PM
My suggestion is to not order them from t-shirtwholesaler.com.

With mine, there were costs that got tacked on after the fact, and this is after I had already paid for my entire $97 order. Not to mention the sent some stuff to the wrong address.

Lol.

All you girlies make me laugh.

But honestly, who here doesn't sew in their undies?

pfft...I thought so.

lol.

Well, kudos to you, I suck at using a sewing mavhine...I would never have been able to do the hearts so nicely.
How long did it take to do the whole shirt? I mean the cutting, and sewing? Esp. since you had to sew all of those darn hearts on.

7  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Re: For those who make their own screens...will this fabric work? on: September 10, 2006 12:30:44 PM
I don't think it will work...

I would like to suggest that if you do buy screen from the net to screen with, it should be actual silk screen because you don't know how the other stuff looks.

Also, I would suggest against using curtains, they turn out splotchy, my cheap-o friend used those, as well as nylons, and they all turned out bad.
8  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / I need to find cheap frames on: July 03, 2006 10:45:37 PM
Hello!

Do any of you knwo where I can buy cheap frames to screen print with?

I don't need the fabric on it, but if it is cheap withthe screen, that is cool.

If any of you know where I can get any, please reply.

Thank you in advance

9  UNITED STATES / Hawaii / Re: Where can I buy bamboo handles in Honolulu? on: April 05, 2006 07:10:06 PM
anyone know where i can buy bamboo handles - for a bag - around Honolulu?

Ben Franklins (Mkt city) sells a pair, only about 5.99 but made of PLASTIC, fake bamboo that looks really fake! I was hoping for the real bamboo.

any ideas?

Oh! I remember seeing a pair at Fabric Mart (I think that is what it is called...the fabric not to far away from the convention center) But that was around halloween time, but I wouldn't doubt that they woudl still have
