i just wanted to comment on this one-
WOW...that just shows what an emphasis we put on outward appearances in America.  It's sad. 

My friend just did an experiment. She wore the same outfit everyday for 5 days in a row to our highschool to see if anyone noticed. (she was planning on wearing it longer, but her mom made her put clean clothes on)
No one noticed. In fact, they talked to her about their own clothing faux pas, like wearing a shirt twice in one week.

Also- if you have acrylics already you can purchase Textile Medium at michaels or some other craft store- it should be near the regular craft paints. I used it for a shirt and it worked very well. no fading!

you could have a walkoff a-la zoolander- they did that with the new yearbookies at our initiation and it was fun to watch. We were all dressed in wierd costumes, tho.
