I know this thread is sort of dead, buuuttt.... I made a Circular Shrug!! It still needs a clasp or some ribbon or something. Time to go accessory shopping -- woo!

A friend's birthday snuck up on me recently, so with only a few hours to spare, I whipped up this adorable octopus finger puppet for a cutesy little gift!



I didn't have glue, so his eyes are held on with white fabric paint... :S oops!

I made this adorable guy from a drugstore loofah, felt, thread, and patience. Sewing the limbs/head wasn't bad, but fastening them to the center of the loofah was frustrating! The loofah bear was gifted to a friend for Christmas and yes, my friend actually uses it to shower... it hasn't fallen apart yet, so I must have done something right Smiley haha.

Hola mes amigas!

I have been suuuuper AWOL on this thread (finishing up a summer term at school, then moving to New York for an internship... WHEW!) but I received from knit_core last week, so here I am to post my lovely lovely gifties!!



We decided to do a fairly small swap, since I'm such a busy bee. I received a beautiful purply knit scarf which matches my purple winter coat SO WELL Smiley and a tea bag stuffie from my Wist aaaand the most amazing/hilarious pillowcase!!!!

I LOVE IT! Thank you SO MUCH, knit_core!
