1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Bucket bag on: January 11, 2011 05:31:35 PM
I love gardening as much as I love sewing so I often create bags for my friends. One of them needed a bucket bag for her daughter's birthday and I made her one.

Thanks for looking
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Help with gauge in round on: March 16, 2006 06:45:18 AM
Ok here's one I've not seen. I'm crocheting the "High Roller" hat from Rita Weiss's "24-Hour Crochet Projects" and the gauge is supposed to be " first two rounds=2 1/4 inches." This means the diameter of the round--not the radius--doesn't it? I've gone from an N hook to a K and still aren't anywhere close. It's going to be pretty hard to crochet two strands of WW with anything much smaller.

Do I know what I'm doing? If I can't get any closer to the gauge, anyone have any suggestions on how many increases I should not do?

TIA
