I made this one for Twilight angel swap;


So ladies this and be a beginner project for new sewers....If is very simply made and out of fleece and felt.  More work was done with hand sewing.  I hope this helps you with not being afraid.  The scarf is on layer of fleece with top stitching around the edge to help keep it from stretching to much.  The apple is made out of felt and hand stitched on.  The gloves were simple to;

You may have to adjust pattern for fit your hand or the person you are making them for.

Yay... I received today from craftADDchick. A pillow made to look like frog from polo shirt how cool.  But I no longer have it ... Grandson stole it... :0), thinks it is the coolest. I also received homemade envelopes which I do not think I can part with they are beautiful. A frog wash cloth, he is neat.  And last but not least a frog stamp of all things....just like the embroidered one from my last swap......

OK, I could not wait here is the other fingerless glove...LOL.  I hope both help everyone out.  They all have about a 1/4 inch seam allowance.

Well I was trying to send the pattern but my computer change the size so I will have run off to the office store and down size it so you ladies can up size it.......LOL.  I did put the measurements on there so maybe that will help out.  I will post the other pattern with the thumb after I get back.....taking that one with me too....  :0)

I found this swap my accident and loved the idea.  So off to the site to see all the wonderful drops.  In the process my grandson (12yrs) was standing over my shoulder and say "when do I get to learn how to sew with the sewing machine." 
 
Off we go looking there my stash of fabric and he found the little bit of his Elmo fleece and some stars(from years ago)...back to the website and he picked out the Wee folks.
 
I do not have action spots of him sewing but do have the bear in process.  He was so proud of his bear and ask if he could drop it off at the library he volunteered at for his reading merit badge (he is a boy scout).  So on Aug 31, 2009 he dropped at out Cobb County Library.

He would not let me get a spot of him in his scout uniform and his bear.....
Now he waits and ask has anyone found his softie.

We had a lot of fun making and sharing this with others.
