You wnat to look for velcro that is suitable for use in making cloth nappies.

I can't remember what it is called, but if I find out (I even bought some when I made my sons nappies)  Roll Eyes I will post a link.  Smiley

Ooh Fenn!!

Which one did you get? They will have to meet one day  Cheesy

I've found out that some come with removable shoes and you can buy sets of shoes to dress them- I may have to buy another cos mine has painted on shoes  Roll Eyes

I've knitted a white dress for mine, it has a sparkly feathery trim and matching knitted feather boa, I'll get my hubby to add photos at some point.

Gonna get a full size one next??  Wink

Thanks knit_north.  Smiley

My daughter used to have some of the little Barbie dolls, I'll have to get in the attic and see if any of the stuff is lurking (that makes me sound soooo old, I'm only 31!!)  Roll Eyes  Tongue  Grin

So far my petite sugar and spice has a lovely knitted white strappy dress with a sparkly feather trim and matching knit feather boa.  Cheesy

I couldn't resist making her something!
24  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Machine Knitted Stuff *edit* Pinwheel Afghan w/Pillow pattern on page 2 on: August 18, 2007 01:15:01 PM
I'd like to pop in here and say I'd like a machine knit section too.  Grin

I've got a brother machine (in fact, I have 2, but one is up and running- permanently in the lounge, the other needs some tlc)

I am just learning to use it, and I am due to attempt my first project on it tomorrow. It's only a plain back for a cushion, but it's a start.

Someone asked about where to find patterns. I've found it really hard to find them online, the best way to find them is going through the book section at charity shops, but don't expect anything funky, it will probably be hideous 1980's creations!!  Grin

Panduro catalogue?

I only have the 2003 one, I knew the name of it would come to me eventually, it's not the underwear one I was thinking of.  Wink
