31  Re: How's Your etsy Shop Doing? in Selling Crafts on Etsy.com by titancia on: June 14, 2006 09:50:39 PM
One last post before I go to bed!! I hung out in the living room for a bit and ended up making this creation:

Listed here if anyone wants to see the close up:

I'm not much of a pink person but I like this so much I might have to make myself a blue version!

32  Stars, skulls, and sweet peas! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by titancia on: June 14, 2006 07:46:14 PM
I made four new items  the other day, and I really like how they turned out!

This is made differently than my other star toggles... I found acrylic beads that won't go through the hole in the stars (YAY!) so I matched up all the colors.

Made two new kilt pins, slight variations of each other:

My favorite, a sweet pea bracelet! I've been dying to make this since I bought the pea charms, and I finally got to! It has a surprising delicate feel to it for being food! ^_^

**edited to add one I just finished making!

33  Skull, Guns, and Dogs on Kilt Pins in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by titancia on: June 11, 2006 09:07:20 PM

I love how far down the gun on this one dangles!

I made the Snoopy button out of vintage origami paper from the 1960s. I thought it'd be an adorable addition to the pink dog!

Thank you! If you think those are for kids, look at the one I just made last night:

It makes an awesome hollow clinking sound when you shake it! Hamburgers and hot dogs...hungry now? lol! It was really simple, but it was so much fun to do.

Thank you for the compliment, Punker Chic!

Here's a couple I put up on etsy: I posted these in the etsy thread, but wanted to include them here, too, with the rest of my bracelets.

I'm working on transferring some of the stuff from my website to etsy (since I'm taking my website down and transferring it to another site later on this year, and I want to promote Duplicate Daughers and not titancia). Anywhos, I have several things I've already shown on here, but here are two new bracelets I made I just put up:

Thank you for the compliments! I'm working on more, but for now, here are some (not quite as colorful) ones that I've done: I have posted some of these here before, but I'll just delete it so it condenses all my toggles on one page.

I was very busy this past week making lots of toggle bracelets! I put a lot of them up on my website (www.titancia.net) but I wanted to show off my favorites:

I couldn't find the post so I can't tell you who it's by (I think it was a user on craftgrrl on lj) but I kept the photo because I liked that idea.

Hopefully they don't mind me posting the photo for you.

I found a post by Lola Caracola where she used yarn instead of wire: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=84025.0

40  Re: I tried the CD Necklace thing! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by titancia on: April 24, 2006 10:19:02 PM
So I did more! I baked them at 450 and longer so the edges rounded more. I smoothed the edges with a dremel, too. I added blue felt to the back because I still prefer that to backing it in nail polish.
