Those are great!  I haven't attempted fingerless gloves yet, but I usually wish I had some when I have to drive somewhere early in the morning, especially now when it's so cold and icy.  :-)

I took my time making it, meaning I would add to it when I felt like it and put it away for awhile when I was tired of it.  It took me six months at that pace.

I used Red Heart yarn found at Walmart.  I don't remember all the colors, but I used one strand throughout.  I bought two multi-colored yarns and the rest I tried to match to the multi-colored yarns.  The multi berry color (the largest portions of the afghan) is Banana Berry in Red Heart, not sure about the rest. 

My cat taking a nap on the newly finished afghan.  It's a giant granny square and my first time crocheting a blanket.  I don't know when I will attempt a project like this again, I'm so impatient!  lol  But I'm glad I took the time to finish this. 

Reeeally cute!  I really should give that a try - I'm so picky about store-bought denim skirts!
