I saw a project that inspired me at Creative Passage http://ellenscreativepassage.blogspot.com/2010/11/vote-for-meplease.html and I made some of the felted sweater flowers from two sweaters I got at Goodwill today.  I quickly came home and felted them   I put them all over an old picture frame.  I'm going to hang it with some wide red ribbon for Christmas, but I will probably use some other color and hang it permanently.  I have a second frame but I think I want to put something else that matches in color all over it or maybe some large burlap ribbon roses.  The possibilities....

This is a fabric scrap wreath that I put together last night for a fall decoration.  I'm not at all into "country" decor but this seemed "fall like" and not just "country".  I saw the tutorial at this website http://www.modabakeshop.com/2009/11/fabric-wreath.html and I thought I would give it a try.  Mine looks a little more ragged than the tutorial, but I still like it.  I do think I may put a few more fabric strips in to make it fuller, but I was sooo tired of cutting fabric

I have a few scarves that I made a few years ago that are a little shorter than I like.  I just sewed the ends up to wrap around my neck twice for a cowl.  I love it.  I know this isn't a new idea but I sure like it

I've made one of these and I love yours in black!  It's such an easy pattern and quick to knit.  It wasn't my baby so mine was bright green and the second one is in hot pink.  If I had a little baby, I would have made black too!  Instead, I have teenagers who think I'm weird for knitting someone this bunny...go figure.
