1  Re: Show off your hair! And questions about hair styles! in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by pinkavocadoes on: March 21, 2006 12:18:56 AM
I probably did this 3 years ago, I did it with a friend. Needless to say, it faded the next day. Cry

Taken at some company picnic thing (free face paint Grin), brown hair shining in the sun.

I like the colour of my hair in this one, it's really long too. I think I'll grow it to that length. The colour is a mix of burgundy/purple and red. Excuse the clutter  Tongue

My hair after having curlers in for a reaaally long time

This is the most recent pic I have of my hair, I think this was taken last December. Hair just below the shoulders. I dyed my hair jet black before the pic was taken. It's a bit faded and looks like a darker brown now.

A question: How old do you guys think I am? I just thought I'd ask here because there are a whole bunch of crafty girls  Wink I get people giving me numbers that are way off my age.

Oh, and, I have yet to go to a hair salon to get my hair dyed. I just do it myself. What type of highlights do you guys think I should get? I've always loved pink. Do hair salons do that? Do you suggest going to one to get it and how much should I expect to pay?

2  My pink and black patterned nails in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by pinkavocadoes on: March 15, 2006 09:31:32 PM
I'd like to show you all my pink and black painted nails. I just love pink (notice my wall colour and s/n) and black and both colours together  Cheesy. It looks kind of like a sloppy job but i did my best with them  Smiley. I just can't stop picking at my nails so i'm glad the polish is still on there  Wink
If you wanted to know how it was done: paint with base colour, let dry, paint top colour, apply lace-y material, peel off carefully after a few seconds.
Enjoy Cool

(btw. this is my first topic posted on craftster  Smiley)
