The tattoos are wonderful--what are the birds colored with?

ha ha --love the velvet paper for the curtains! That is a great idea for a lot of different uses!

I am making the same garland, hee hee--I like simple and cute and wanted to use up all the red and pink papers I have stashed--ha ha--I love that you used the translucent ribbon and punched out a few hearts! It was really pretty, in case I forgot to post where I saw it!

bunnyface--for some reason, I was told that the photo gallery is being picky--make sure the images you are trying to upload are jpg or img not jpeg even though it says is will take them...also, if they are bigger than 2MB, they won't go in...

I will be the first to admit that I purposely did not buy the Vanna White yarn because....well, it was Vanna White...

anyhoo, bought one skein, and I love it! So, all yarn snobbery has been put to rest...I am getting more!!

Thanks for undoing this obvious prejudice of mine against that yarn...I am reformed! Cheesy

I understand about posting pics because I am not good at taking them or uploading them and doing the photoshop thing...I say post them after a reasonable time!  We want to see!!!

BTW--I like both of the pieces!  Now we need to see them all together!

I sort of did mine in sets as well so each partner will get some of each set and them maybe one or two just made for them (I did some serious stalking.... Cheesy)....

The worst were the denim ones...the dang glue just would not stick properly, so I sewed them down, then the backs looked ugly, so I had to fix that....but, I love how they turned out!!  Hubby saw them and said "Do that to my jeans!"

Good that you are starting that philosophy early, audio!!  My husband threatens to put me on that TV show "Hoarders"!!!!  I can't craft without a clean surface either, so I generally move my piles from room to room...
bunnyface, I might have to put up a pic or two because I think maybe the embarrassment might motivate me as well!!
(you guys are free to give me grief about it to spur me on Cheesy)

love what you did with your scraps supermedic!  I save those kinds of bags as well for projects--throw everything in that I need and label it...

soorawn--omg--awesome backgammon board--I saw some round wood pieces at Michaels that would be good for tokens...they seem a bit light, though!  You could use painted cork or maybe milk carton lids...I am sure you will find something round ha ha

cursivequeen--how nice to get something done!  I bought metallic yarn from Sublime Stitching that does not tangle and is a joy to work with!!  I will never buy regular metallic embroidery thread again!!  It comes in a variety bag so you have some color choices...

....started my sweater...so far it is just a rectangle... Cheesy
