ha ha sloth003--you are indeed a "real" quilter when you have scraps to share with leftovers still!!

I like the modern quilt as well, cursive queen!  I have always loved pinks with oranges and reds...I just got some more fabric that is of larger scale and doing something like what you did appeals to me!  Plus, I have a whole bolt of white muslin that needs projects... Cheesy

Quilt for Kids sent me another kit...such cute fabrics!  I already have the second one done so I should be able to knock it out pretty quickly and mail them back two...

onceinlovewithamy---congrats! on both finishing 50 and opening your store! Doesn't it feel great to have done so many things and document it? I am well on my way through my second 50...things slow down for me due to gardening and house chores after a long hard winter!

rantyhippie--I was hoping you could get some tips and inspiration from the amigurumi book!  I had fun stalking you! Cheesy

I already finished one project inspired by a craftster...believe me...it won't be hard because all of you are just so inspirational...I hope I can at least learn a few new things!

JUNE CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!

I know we all get inspired when we see projects that others have made, either here or elsewhere on the internet!

So, for June, the challenge entries will be projects inspired by a fellow Craftster!  You must post your pic and the link to your inspiration to enter!

Have fun!

The prizes will be:

1. $25 gift card from Amazon.com
2. 4 fat quarters of fun fabrics
3. 1 skein of Noro cotton yarn
4. notecard stock
5. surprise!

If you do not sew and want two skeins of yarn, fine...if you do not knit or crochet, you can have 10 fat quarters...Cheesy

Get crafting, everybody!

This is one more reason I love Craftster!!!  So many people willing to hunt and share links and projects...thanks so much!

I love organizational items and I love how one person can inspire others to make things and it leads to making more things and more things... Cheesy

What a unique and beautiful gift!  All of the tiny stitches add so much texture!  A true labor of love and friendship...

how sad that I remember this pattern! Smiley

What a nice modern change you did!  Love the stripes and that you shortened it! You should be proud of your fearlessness!! Bravo!

Do you have a narrow hem foot?  It rolls the knit and hems as it sews...I find it is the easiest way to sew on anything stretchy as I hate doing hand hemming!

I have already purchased my Christmas fabrics so I am good to go...

Just collecting dark blues for one more quilt, but I have yet to get rid of some pieces that I no longer want...I am determined to figure out what to make or else pass them on...

I have a box of stuff to go to two fellow fabricholics, so I think I might better off than I was at the beginning of the year!

I think the main thing is just being aware of impulse buying...I am labeling and keeping track of what I buy so I will use it before I forget about it! Cheesy

RLB--it is great that you are planning to buy yarn...what a great feeling to give yourself permission to splurge! Smiley

I actually thought the spot belonged there because it was a gun Cheesy

I would try a bleach pen...I have had success with them even on vintage linens...you just need to be sure not to let it bleed into the areas you do not want...

I seriously need a snood...did you use a pattern?

shan-e-bear--I have never heard of a baby nest...but it makes perfect sense!  How cute!

Just goes to show that no matter what age we are, we still love being kids at heart!

Cute, flattering and fun!

Is it a knit fabric?  It fits so beautifully through your shoulders and chest!
