oh wow!  That is awesome, CLM!  I hate it when people price things too low, so I try not to go to those type of flea markets! I never thought about looking up tissue things on Etsy since I make them all the time just to use up scraps!  Maybe I will make a bunch for future craft shows (there is a huge one in September!)...

I think you will know if the price is too high when people do not buy...let them offer but don't let them set the price for your hard work!  I hope you sell them all! Cheesy

Sweater monsters!  Such creative people...but I would never pay that much either...but, they are artsy dolls, really, so maybe I would...we need to value creativity more...artists and musicians always get paid next to nothing...

The tissue cozies sell for $3-$4 at our craft fairs.  People around here are pretty cheap... Cheesy

I would count the scraplings and shredlocks more like artsy dolls...I always check etsy to see what anything comparable might sell for...and then add a few dollars because you know your own stuff is better! Cheesy

I do have those clear envelopes for stuff I make a lot that contains the templates or patterns, sample papers or fabrics, etc.  I think I might have to try the expanding folder...it would be easy to carry around and browse through when I am looking for something to make...

I used to have shoe boxes labeled but it was hard to carry all the shoe boxes with so many different ideas to look through...

I really like it, kwiltykate!!

Another pattern I need to "borrow"...

I am getting quite a collection of patterns...either those I have drawn from things I have seen or things printed from the internet...do you guys have any tips on how to organize all of these pieces of paper and ideas before they got out of control?  In the past I mostly had books that I could just store on a bookshelf...I would flag the patterns in the book and write down what I wanted to do on an index card and put it in front...thanks!

geez--I almost wish I had kids to make scrappy monsters for! Cheesy

Love your quilt top scrappysue!  Isn't it fun to be able to put together so many colors and come out with a nice surprise!?

I agree CLM--I hate it when those things gape!  A bit of overlap makes them look so much nicer!

Please tell me that you did not change thread for all of those tissue holders... Cheesy

Cute pillows!  Good call on just making the fronts with the expensive fabric!

For your yellow fabric--use white thread!  Do you have a yellow sharpie? Cheesy

I generally only buy two colors of thread:  white and black...If your tension is set correctly, the thread never shows unless you are top-stitching something...I do the same with my quilts...I am lucky to have a few machines so one always has black and the other has white...I do however, have a stash of nearly 200 threads... Cheesy

Another cute monster, CLM!

Yeah, those tissue holders you cranked out were pretty ambitious! wow

What a crafty family!  All of the hats are wonderfully fun!  It is hard to pick a favorite...each is so cleverly done and seems to suit the individual personalities!

Great job, Mom, for involving your kids in a wonderful historical event!
