She sure can!!  I am so glad you said that dharma_rebel...I think some of the posts I have read for making this would have scared a lot of people off!  I think as long as you are patient and take some short cuts, it is a doable project for people with a bit of sewing experience! Great of you to offer one in this swap because they are a lot of work because of the many pieces, details, piping, zipper...one of your bags would be a wonderful offering!!

Just remember that this is just a goal...it is to motivate you to be consistent in crafting, not a contest or anything stressful!  Some projects are huge and will be WIPS for a while...I think whether you got 4 done or 50 done, you got stuff done!

I have a couple of surprises in store for May, so hang in there and keep on checking and posting to this thread! Cheesy

great progess!! love the chainlink scarf! and you do have a lot of wips, but I find that all of a sudden, you have a half dozen things to post!  Keep going!

sharlamarz--I thought I commented but I must have hit the wrong thing:  what a cute diaper cake--those always go over big at baby showers!

REMINDER:  If you want to be part of the summary list of what you have done so far, PM me like this on May 1:

alwaysinmyroom 13/50

I will put it together on a spreadsheet and make one summary post--this is voluntary just to get a status of everyone on one post !

I am trying not to be tempted to go out and buy more stuff, but since I know what jaders wants to craft more of, I keep thinking "well, then, she will need this and that and this..." Cheesy

I might just make ONE round at my favorite store to pick up some additional supplies to go with the papers and stuff... Cheesy

That is one of the nicest sock animals I have ever seen!  The face is adorable and the colors are wonderful...

cat2007--thanks so much for the flea spray tip!  I am definitely going to try it out...

I am not much on selling my stuff at a yard sale because my experience has been that people are so ridiculously CHEAP... all that work setting up, pricing, etc. and they want to offer pennies for stuff...I remember one year my mother and I spent nearly a whole day setting up and made about $70 total!! We figured for 16 hours of work, it was not worth it!

I think I am going to go through all my clothes and make piles to fix, donate or recycle...that will help me focus on decluttering that as well...

I am not sure I want to post my recycled clothing on the clothing board as they are probably going to be simple things like turning worn jeans into a skirt...but I will post some here...

We are now starting to get coupons for Hershey Park and the summer buy groceries get free gas programs are in full force...I want to take the great nieces and nephews to Hershey so I am scouring for some bargains!

PS  I am so envious of you people who keep up with your organization and neatness...so far, I have spent a few minutes each night putting stuff away in my newly cleaned craftroom, so I hope I develop tha habit to keep it that way!
