shhh--don't be telling everyone that the way I am destashing is sending it to you guys! Wink

I love that shape bag...have not tried it yet!  Very cute--it would make a great bag to carry toiletries!  I love the tal zipper...I was lame and used white in my project--the teal adds a bit of punch!

The tote turned out cute as well...I had that turtle fabric forever and in a short time, you made it into something fabulous...I have no imagination...

I like the high slippers--the short ones always seem to slide off of me!

Keep on destashing... (and so will I Wink )
14832  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Inchies - it's a new year! Sendouts Feb. 16 on: March 04, 2010 07:46:32 AM
geez--how can the gallery be getting better and better?

I think you guys should mail them all to me... (let's see if this subliminal message stuff works...  Cheesy)

My punches cost $10 but I had coupons so they were $6 each...they don't cut thick cardboard well, but I cut out a lot of cereal box backgrounds fast and easy...I got the Fiskars brand and am very happy with them...they are bright blue and ergonomic for my hands

I know a lot of members are working on doing several projects in one book...maybe you should use this thread to show off the breads you make in your book!  It would be fun to see how many you get done this year!  Grin

I wish I lived in bread country.... Undecided

I am having anxiey attacks over boxing up the giveaways! I told hubby to seal them so when I get home, I can put on the addresses and mail them out tomorrow...but, I do like that my craft room is a bit roomier and does not seem as cluttered!!

I am getting the carpet removed in the spring and having the wood floors underneath redone, so I have to purge out a lot of stuff before them (or find a cheap storage facility!!)...I also got rid of a lot of duplicate papers...

Destashing is stressful...at least for today!  Grin

14837  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Completed Projects / Re: cotton reel "button" stamp - tutorial. on: March 04, 2010 07:14:36 AM
wow veri--that is also a great idea---I love it when you guys come up with stuff to reuse things...

I am going to retrieve my used glue stick from the trash when I get home!

I keep looking at how cool the bubble package is with the buttons all over it...just makes me smile!

Those would be awesome as embellishments for a scarf as well!!

I am about sick of winter and yarn as well...I have some fun yarns to make spring/summer things with...like what? I am yarn challenged this week...ugh

Bread is my weakness!!

This is a happy bread!

Did you just coil the dough around like that on a pan?  I don't cook so I have no idea how to make those shapes and keep the parts together like that!

looks yummy and pretty at the same time!

If I were your parents and you gave me that, I would break down and cry...what a personal gift from their gifted child..oh no..choking up just thinking about it....

waggon-I am glad that you did not get discouraged by the "rules" of quilting...there are places that teach around me (Amish country)...that are so discouraging if you don't do it "right"...I teach the same way...get it done, learn from it, move on, improve and do it your way with passion!!!
