One of the BEST coffee places I ever went to in Florida was Bad Ass coffee...I know the coffee is from Hawaii, but the shop itself and the fresh coffees are truly wonderful!

Also, Melbourne (sp?) Florida has a local coffee...and, Cuban coffee...omg...and Key West...I also had some awesome local coffee in Flagler, St. Augustine...ha ha Can you tell I love coffee...I think I have had coffee in every state except South Dakota! Cheesy

Not all of the coffees are local but the shops are--and fresh roast coffee from a great local shop is wonderful!  Can't wait to see what you get for your partner...oh yum!

oh--I am in that craftalong and love your kitty face pillow! Cheesy

That is a clever thing to do with the motif!

I'm so old...anyone remember those hats made from beer cans and crochet like this?  Very 70s.

Google search: beer can crochet hat
Good for a giggle.

Carol

uhm, yes...Cheesy

I used a regular hole punch for mine and it was a lot of work! I think it might need to invest in a crop-a-dile!

I am going to fill my purse with wine bottles...I know my partner will love that! Cheesy

What a great partner you had! Love the tie-dye!

But, uh, what was the purse filled with? Wink

That is awesome, superhooker!  So many fabulous items!  Hope you can post pics soon!

I feel like I am pulling yarn out of my bins but they don't seem to be shrinking...I just think the yarns were so squished and now they have room to fluff up again...it is really depressing to me...I am trying to make this destash a positive thing, so my only reward is that I am seeing projects completed! Cheesy

It is a lovely background...I bet it is fine as it is...maybe more subtle than you like...I love embroidery done of a printed background...it is new to me and I have not yet tried it!

Navy--I think navy and yellow are lovely and a change from black...

but depending on your design, a brown might work as well...

No shut downs for us in PA---not unless we get more than 4 feet...Cheesy

I have to go to a special store near my Mom's to get something for the drinking portion...it will give me an excuse to visit with her as well...what I need won't expire or be old...all I am is saying is that I have these and I love them! Cheesy

I totally forgot that my recovered footstool is on one of the boards I needed! Cheesy

I also finished the mats for my cat carriers, but I don't think it warrants a separate post on the Pet Board so I will have to think of something else!
