The blues are so lovely!  You certainly have put a lot of care in the details of your house!  Love that the door frames are mitered... Cheesy

Oh thanks for that idea!  I have some flannel that would work as backing...

TeaCouture--what pretty colors!  and such a large quilt!  I also would not quilt over the flowers...maybe you could outline them.  Free motion can also mean nice geometric shapes...how about simple lines through the sashing?

cursive_queen--I love the boldness of your quilts!  The fabrics are so fun and colorful...the pink backing really pops!  It is a nice unexpected surprise!

I finished my baby quilt top and cut out the backing and will be quilting this week...I enjoy looking at patterns and figuring them out on graph paper...I know I did this quilt based on one posted here Cheesy

This is part of the set of stuff I am making for my niece's baby.  It is the same fabric I used to make a yo-yo pillow and some baby bibs...I also made a mug rug and am trying to think of other things to use of every bit of the fabric... Cheesy

I love that you incorporated the lovely embroideries your grandma did into your quilt!  What a story you will have for your own dear child!

The colors are nice together and bring a modern touch to your quilt...as always, you do such nice work!

At last...I have used every bit of the yarn for this year!  These three scarves will be going to Maryland since PA has already met their goal!  My co-worker and I will be mailing out tomorrow!

The front one is knit from a pattern that was on the website...I loved using my circulars to go from one end to the other to do the two color part...I will be using that technique for scarves in the future...fun to learn and do!  The other two were just random color switches using crochet.  Lots of fun and fast for all three!

ha ha I did not notice my red socks peeking at the bottom of the picture until I posted... Cheesy

Love the fingerless mitts!  I like that it has a "thumb"!  Lovely color, and you really can't have enough of them!

anitdigger--love all of your destash projects from other projects!  The headband is a great way to "save" a piece of your clothing history!

I also love the bag...cute fabric...I bet the skirt will be cute as well!

aprettyness--did you make the back and the front of the mug rug the same?

Most quilt backs are either one or two fabrics and much more simple shapes, such as rectangles, etc.  That way, the quilting does not have to be so exact on the front...if you do a pattern on both sides, you have to be very very accurate in matching your patterns and seam lines to quilt in the ditch...I still think it is cute and will be useful...I love mug rugs and use them a lot!

How lovely that you were able to make a memory piece from a favorite piece of clothing!  The headband is a wonderful idea!

I agree about all accessories being black!  I can never find stuff in my black lined bag! Cheesy  Cute items!

I love that you are always thinking of ways to upcycle/reuse!

So many more wonderful cards!

A lot of people are surprised when they see the miniature statue of liberty in the middle of the Susquehanna River! Cheesy

It is one of my favorite local attractions!  Especially since it it on the way to some fabulous landmark ice cream diners!

I just realized I did not post my card from you, michelleandbean!  Let me see if my home scanner is working...I forgot I did it at work and got busy and did not upload! Sad

here is the Halloween themed card I received from michelleandbean!  I love it because it uses an old book page, has red, and a black cat (I have a huge black tomcat!)  Thanks for making this a special card!
