14541  SEWING IN GENERAL / Machine Embroidery: Completed Projects / Re: Panda Panic Patches and Puppets on: July 08, 2011 06:11:58 AM
What a nice and generous contribution you have made!  Those are terribly cute!

What volunteer wouldn't want to have a patch with a crown!

I would never have thought to use my embroidery machine to do something like this...now I want to make patches for the girls in my knitting classes this fall!

SUCCESS!!  AC Moore had the yarn (but very little of it!)...I bought enough for 4 scarves and recruited my crochet buddy into buying some as well...we also got a discount because there was an online coupon AND no sales tax since we could prove we are making clothing! Phew!  I am going to get started this weekend...I am pretty sick of quilting right now... Cheesy

I have so many pieces of kimono...I found a lovely pattern that looks like stones in a Japanese garden that I started nearly five years ago as well...what a lovely gift...if I really work on it, I could give it to my niece for a wedding present....Cheesy

My girlfriend and I are going across town at lunch to another AC Moore and Hancock fabrics to see if I can find the navy!

I have so many striped scarf patterns for both crochet and knitting, but I think I am going to stick to the one I found on the Red Heart site Alisha provided! I hope I find the yarn today...if not, I will be looking in Michigan when I go on vacation there in two weeks!
