Love your little wallets!

Yeah--I almost had to drag my newly plants in last night--36 degrees in May! UGH!

I made more notecards and finished my birthday swap apron...

Wanted to finish the font beds but too cold...they will have to wait...glad I did not plant my peppers...maybe later this week!

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers!

What a wonderful way to preserve part of your family history!  Your project turned out really good!  Not only is the farm animal needlework great, but also that you and your MIL worked together to make something to share and treasure!!

I love the rooster and hen one the best...and you said these were cross stitched?  Wow--I think a close up would be wonderful!

The green background fabric is also perfect as it really does show off the animal pics...great job and I am smiling at your enthusiasm for things that I guess we more experienced seamstresses take for granted! ha ha pizza cutter thing! ha ha You are so sweet!

I am overwhelmed and can only do one section at a time and hope that more flowers than weeds show up...and then you have to start all over...I can never seem to have everything in order all at once...I truly can't wait until we move to a condo! Smiley

I have started to dig up that area that used to be a huge barbeque pit...I think if I can dig it deep enough to get one of those pond liners, I might be able to do it!  Hubby wants to put another shed there...let's see who wins!
Oh, you definitely were on topic with crafting stuff for the garden...

I have a creek but it is so far away from the house to enjoy...Sad
You can see a bit of the water on the right side through the fence.

This will be an ongoing garden project that I may or may not complete this year...I want to take this holding bed and turn it into a water feature/pond...I will be watching and learning what you guys do...

and, here is why I am not crafting much--garden work! Smiley

My trip to the nursery with my friend on Thursday let me get those hanging baskets filled, the long clay pot on the wall and parsley and peppers (not shown):

Some containers on steps from front:

I plan on dividing some of the perennials to swap with my friend--very frugal thing to do and you get a lot of variety! Everything along the fence is a perennial.

I also have different pics on the 50 projects craftalong... Cheesy

I love seeing other people's gardens...they bring such promise of lovely flowers and veggies to come!

Do your wildflowers come back every year or do you have to reseed your bed?

Such variety with each set and yet the whole set goes together so well!!!

Love that you also keep the little drawings from envelopes and cards...I save those but never thought to mount them!
