14141  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: craftalong to post a project on every completed projects board in craftster 2010 on: September 27, 2010 01:52:55 PM
I love the color of the yarn! I totally forgot about the spinning board...I better start tackling the harder boards or else I will never get things done!  At this point, I am shooting for half... Cheesy

14143  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Ongoing ATC Swap Discussion 2.0 on: September 27, 2010 06:38:24 AM
What a great haul!  I find it so much fun that ATC artists see stuff with different eyes!  I can't wait to see what you do with your goodies...you have such imagination and talent!
14144  SEWING IN GENERAL / Machine Embroidery: Completed Projects / Re: Brother Innov-s 900D - Introduction: Spreading my Wings on: September 26, 2010 02:06:29 PM
I use mine every day and my new machine is still running smoothly...and I learn new things to use it for all the time...currently, I am doing some monogrammed towels for a wedding gift...I need to post more pics of the things I have made using this fabulous machine...yes, I am very lucky to have had the chance to review and use this machine... Cheesy
14145  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Mayo Lid Pincushions on: September 26, 2010 02:03:26 PM
Thanks! I followed the tutorial by troublet and it was so easy!  I have been collecting lids to make many more!  It is all hand sewn and so relaxing...and you just need basic embroidery skills, which is obviously not a concern for you! Cheesy

Go for it and post your pics if you make some!
14146  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Ongoing ATC Swap Discussion 2.0 on: September 24, 2010 01:31:12 PM
Oh Sabrina!  I have always admired your work!  I hope to be back in the swap in October...August was so horrible for me because I did not get to join in much of the swap chit-chat and ooo and ahhhing!!

I loved the gallery and there is so much fun and talent here!

I won't join any swaps until everyone in this one has received all of the ones I made (I made two for each person I picked since I was so late in mailing and posting any pics<----sorry)...

Oyhana--it is so great that you organize a lot...I have no idea how you keep up...

maybe it would help to do something like:

6/60 pages right next to our theme

...we do stuff like this on the 50 projects craftalongs--I think seeing the numbers might help some people?

I was wondering if maybe we all jumped out of the chute so quickly and then *pffft*...I work best under pressure but this is ridiculous...I can't seem to get the fire under my butt going and you guys are no help at all!! Cheesy

We need cheerleaders...or maybe half-naked guys with whips...this is really pathetic, eh? Cheesy

What a nice cover!

I like the pocket--I use mine to hold my current pattern and notions...did you interface yours?  I found that it will stand up on its own on the floor like a bucket if you do...makes it very hand to reach in and get the trim, buttons, etc. that you throw in there...you can also use it to store you manual!

Nice job TSM...and your list is being hacked away at! Cheesy
14150  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Starting to look like Christmas? Hot Pepper Jellies! on: September 24, 2010 12:39:53 PM
Thanks!  and also, thanks for reminding me that it does make a yummy glaze--I always forget to put that into suggested uses when I give them out as gifts!
