Tell him to get with it! Creepy cute is what people like!  We adore the fugly and the oddities...tell him to go hug a teddy bear, but we prefer our little monsters! Cheesy

Love the little apple scrubber...it would also make a cute decorative pot holder! Cheesy  Thanks for the link!

Sheepblue--wow fantasitc TM bag!  Perfect for Ms. Button Queen, TSM! Smiley

As I was dusting off my computer screen for the 100th time, I was thinking of making some sort of cover!  What a great idea!  I think I might make something for the keyboard as well...I ruin so many keyboards with food, drink and general messiness!

waggonswest...so lovely...I will need to go look at the individual thread for details!

The needle roll looks great--lovely colors...I like how you can fit them to whatever you want!  I will confess that I dumped my holder and went back to my old ways of throwing all of my needles into an oatmeal box that I will someday trick out with a project I saw here last year!

Dawntree--aren't those scarves fun?  I have been collecting yarns from various people to make another one for myself...it does take a lot of variety and patience!

katara--how exciting for you to be in two challenges!  I will go read about them as well..

Great job everyone!  Glad to see lots of projects for yourself!! ha ha I might be done with the March challenge at the same time the April challenge is done!  I think I will extend April to the end of April to help me catch up...so far behind due to a lot of things (tax season, mostly!)...

Love to see the projects and add to my list...I have lots to post this weekend!

ha ha You are definitely in the class of necessity is the mother of invention!  Who knew cookie sheets could be so practical and useful...

You did a wonderful job...very nice project, fairly simple, and definitely practical and fun for your children!

The square set you did would make awesome inchies!  hmmm...maybe I should do a zentangle ATC or inchies swap...it would be fun to collect these doodles/zentangles!

What a clever idea! It is a challenge to keep children occupied on long trips (you can only handle so many singalongs! Smiley )

Can't wait to see what else you come up with...how nice to be able to make your own games and fun things to do...a coloring book and crayon holder is an idea that I have used...each kid has her own in the car and don't seem to mind driving with me on shorter trips, especially if they get ice cream for coloring a nice picture to hang on the fridge! Cheesy

Well done!  Problem solved in a creative way...on to the next one!

I also like to carry a variety since I have no idea what mood I will be in...sometimes I need a calming tea, and other times, a nice invigorating one!  I would like to think of a way to carry a spoon as well, wrapped in a baggie or something... Cheesy

wow--the lettering is wonderful! Love the colors and the fact that you used a plaid for the lining gives me an idea of what to do with a stash of plaid I have had forever! Cheesy

Great job and congrats on completing your commission!

I am so happy to see that there is still an appreciation for antiques and shabby chic, gently used lovely items!  Your room is not "out of the box"--it is full of personal stories, of family and friends helping you, or loving each piece...I bet you could share stories for a long time with every single thing in the room (not just," I got it at Target"... Sad)

Thanks for sharing a story of disaster, renewal, and moving on to something even better...your room reflects you in the best of ways...
