All these storage tips are great for being able to see what you have!

I panicked last night and almost went out to buy fabric...but I knew I had at least a yard of black cherry fabric in my stash...instead, I spent about 20 minutes looking through every bin until I found it...there has to be a better way....I know I buy a lot of duplicates because I cannot find the fabric I know I bought!  I think I will number each bin and make an excel schedule of what is in each one--it will take some time but it will be worth it!

a great way to use up a lot of green and red scraps as well!!

keep those ideas flowing!

Question to anyone who has made a purse...do you think it would be best to make long skinny panels for the sides and bottom like she shows in her videos?  I was trying to figure out if there was a reason for that--like structural strength?  I think I will make the bottom one length but I can't see how making the sides out of two or three skinny panels would hurt anything...

Any suggestions for a strap or handle?  Would it be too much to make it our of the pillows as well or would a plain strap be better?  Any ideas would be appreciated!

The long scarf will come in handy this winter...I like the colors!

I wanted to thank everyone for telling me about using the liquid for baking...I have been making this all summer after my first success and still loving it...I have used it to make a dressing for my cucumbers, my shakes, on granola, with honey, with fruit...and also, baking...the cats also like this and I give them a spoonful or so...I hope more people try it and post ideas for using this...I am thankful for a recipe that I use a lot and not just one time...thanks again for a great posting!

I had no idea how to stiffen the wings so they would not curl after I sprayed them with glitter paint...any ideas?  spray starch?

Anyway, glad you like her!  This was my first molded clay face, and as I explained, the white clay got burned a bit but turned out a nice color anyway! Cheesy...never put your crafting things in with cookies...I am a horrid cook and everything got burned since I tend to foget that I have stuff in the oven...

The yarn is fabulous--given to me by alteredmommy...I loved using it for hair!
