What a lot of detailed work went into this!

You might want to use a little leather thimble next time to save your finger! ouch!

I have made belts before but with the coins sewn on...I can't believe you did all those jump rings!

I bet you looked beautiful and your performance was wonderful!  Thanks for sharing your dance outfit--it is very lovely!

I am using Simply Soft by caron to make the cardigan sweater...

The yarn I was hiding was Cascade 100% wool because I am using it for felting projects...

I love making calios, but I kinda burned out on them a few years ago when I made over 20 of them for friends and the mods! Cheesy

I have a walking foot for my machines...used in quilting to keep the layers of fabric together for even quilting...it does fit on my Singers and Brother machines...

I have not used it for anything other than quilting...

I am actually working on a crochet sweater...this will be my first clothing I have ever crocheted, so I am sure it will take some time---the good news is that it uses about 8 skeins of yarn! Cheesy

I was stuffing my Cyber Monday yarn in the huge drawer we have under my king size bed when my hubby walked in!!!  He took one look and said "Oh my god!"  I told him he was not suppose to see that and he turned around and pretended it never happened! Cheesy

We try to do a lot of traditional things for the holidays for the family but I personally like funny and whimsical items as well! Cheesy

I am not sure I have the supplies but it looks like it would be fast once you got everything together!  I need something to string in my window and these would be perfect!!!

13269  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: Make a hat warmer? on: December 13, 2010 06:53:45 AM
That is awesome! Thanks for the link---I have a few hats that could use a lining to shrink them up a bit and keep my head warmer!
13270  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: ORGANIZING - "Beyond The Square" Motifs CAL on: December 13, 2010 06:49:55 AM
oh--so my idea to use the same hook size for all the motifs won't work?  I am using the same yarn...I guess that will come with experience--knowing how big each type of stitch is! Cheesy

Yes, please share tips and any help...I could use help a lot...I will share what I can and maybe you guys can help point out what I did wrong Cheesy
