13241  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Colorful Greeting Cards! Rubber stamping like a boss. on: August 21, 2012 07:08:30 AM
I started scanning all my notecards, 4x6 art, ATC's etc. I put them on a jump drive and when I want them, my local printer will print them on anything...I had her do a sheet for me to put in front of a notebook so that I could have them and still send them out! Cheesy

Of course, you lose the textures and the feel, but it is better than not having them at all!

So much fun--so perfect for Leslie!

I was wondering if you have tried printing on the coated paper by Kodak for glossy pictures?  I received a ream when I purchased my printer...the ink dries fairly quickly on it but the paper is expensive...

I love that you used Illustrator to design your house as well...the cutting out is amazing...

Hope to see more of your lovely work!

I just love the rat!  Beautiful job stitching and selecting colors!

Also, what a cute idea to make ornaments from your ferret stitching!  Very cute!

I have wanted to make something out of that bulky yarn!  Thanks for the info!

I loved the little patch for the spoon...I wonder if a piece of elastic under the patch would hold it better ... it might just make it more of a pain to stick in the spoon...hmmm...I would love to make these for my sister for Christmas, so I will have to think on how to do the spoon...maybe a skinny pocket?

That is a lot of blades but now we know how you get such precise detail...thanks for sharing your techniques and tips...it is very interesting to hear how each house is done, especially if it is a medium that one does not normally work with...
