1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Help! Best way to do Ruffles? on: August 18, 2004 02:42:59 PM
Hi!

I have so many projects in mind right now and some of them involve Ruffles.
But I have no clue how to do them. Maybe someone could tell me how they prefer to do them
or what's the easiest way.

I love anyone who can help hehe

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / shirt, skirt, shirt and bags :) on: June 20, 2004 05:54:16 AM
hi everyone!
okay these are some things I made.

the stripes look a little weird since it's pleated at the top and I left it normal at the bottom because I was afraid it would be too tight otherwise. It seems it would have fitted anyways :/
I also made an other pink one with black stripes.

This shirt looks much better worn Smiley and I like the matching tie-like scarf, I can also wear with normal t-shirts.

This shirt was one of the first I made, it has some mistakes but I still like it because of the colors.
It's made out of 2 shirts that didn't fit anymore.

I hope you don't mind me posting the bags here too but I didn't wanna start and extra topic for them:)
they bothe have the perfect size to use them when going out.
I've been using the pink one very often lately, since it also got my name on it Smiley
the green one isn't weary stif so it looks very baggy when filled.
they bothe have the same green fabric inside with dancers on it.

This one is kinda tiny, but the colors match great so I'll make an other, bigger one, with the same fabric.( it's a jordy-bag Cheesy ) which I also call my kaizers orchestra bag Smiley

okay that's it Smiley tell me what you think and if you have any questions just ask me ^^
