Yay That!!!  i used what i had left after i finished my baby bobbi bear... it just happened to be the exact yarn they used in the book, heh...  i used some crazy polka dot fabric to cover a plain buckle and... VOILA!!! belt du jour Smiley

BTW... anyone know where i can get a tiny picture frame to put on the buckle??? i cant find one anywhere!!!

62  Another Chinese Charm bag??? in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by SpunK on: March 12, 2006 11:48:37 AM
Yep!!!  I used some leftover sirdar chunky, made it a lil' smaller, added a flower, and used an oval handle...

the bag

the lining (i haven't finished sewing, heh)

the flower (from a pillow i saw in vogue)

it kintted up soooo fast... it took longer to sew it up, and line it...  i folded up the center and added some interfacing so there are 2 compartments, you can't see it in the pic  Grin

I was tired of the boring sweater i was working so i made this...

had to take pics myself

I threw in some bits of novelty yarn i had laying around (cha cha, i think?) to bulk up the pom pom
i was kinda inspired by that thread w/ the super giant pompom hat i saw a few days ago....

so yeah  Grin
