61  Mason Dixon Dishcloths! in Knitting: Completed Projects by SpunK on: May 11, 2006 05:59:41 PM
i've done a few... here's my favorite color combo Smiley

these were so fun and easy!!!  i've been using them like crazy too!!! If you don't have mason dixon knitting. you're missing out :-)

i used sugar and cream cotton yarn.  i knitted two dishcloths, a long vertical stripe scarf, and i probably have enough to make 2 or 3 more dishcloths... all for about $6!!!

64  Another Chinese Charm bag??? in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by SpunK on: March 12, 2006 11:48:37 AM
Yep!!!  I used some leftover sirdar chunky, made it a lil' smaller, added a flower, and used an oval handle...

the bag

the lining (i haven't finished sewing, heh)

the flower (from a pillow i saw in vogue)

it kintted up soooo fast... it took longer to sew it up, and line it...  i folded up the center and added some interfacing so there are 2 compartments, you can't see it in the pic  Grin

I threw in some bits of novelty yarn i had laying around (cha cha, i think?) to bulk up the pom pom
i was kinda inspired by that thread w/ the super giant pompom hat i saw a few days ago....
