so, due to the fact that i can't go home for easter, i'm going to be hosting dinner for all my friends. probably about 25 total. i'm going to do pasta and sauce, plus roasted vegetables and salad. i don't mind buying a ton of food, but i'm nervous that i won't make enough. any tips on how much stuff i should make? i tend to go overboard sometimes, but I want to make sure I make enough without overwhelming myself.
any tips would be fabulous.
