My boyfriend is the bassist in the band Maddison Moth.  They are pretty rockin and I strongly suggest you check them out.  http://www.myspace.com/maddisonmoth
I'm their official photographer which makes me feel pretty darn important!  Here are a few photos that I snapped at one of their practices.

I love these boys so much!

2  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / My work from my printmaking class on: June 29, 2007 04:54:08 PM
Hey everyone!  This is my very first post of my work and I'm keeping my fingers crossed tightly that I'm doing this right.
I took a printmaking class second semester of my freshman year of college and I am very proud of the art that I produced so I figured I would share.  I'm an art major but my emphasis is photography so it was pretty awesome to find out that I wasn't too shabby at printmaking.  Yay!

Here are my drypoints.
This one was inspired by a photo I took in Venice.

My favorites!  My monotypes!
Fight Test inspired by Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots! (Also, my favorite song off the album)

Wayne Coyne.  Yes, I LOVE the Flaming Lips!

The first print I ever made: a naked woman's back

My leno print.  The assignment was to find a strong image from a film and use it for our print.  I decided to use a still from Paradise Now were Said is being strapped into his suicide bombing attire.

Another drypoint.  I had to make a print that included my partners face and something that happened the year they were born.  My partner was born in 1987 and in doing my research I found out that there were a number of plane crashes that year.  So, the way I see it, when Marco was born all hell broke loose.  (Yeah, my partner was not my favorite person in the world or anything)

Last but not least, a drawing that I did.  My boyfriend Paul!  Yay!  I love him!  hehe.

If I did anything wrong with my posting feel free to let me know.
Comments would make me the happiest kid in the world!   Grin
