1  Joey Ramone meets George Romero in Knitting: Completed Projects by TamKing on: February 01, 2008 06:24:35 AM
My son is a huge fan of the George Romero zombie films and after seeing photos of the knitted zombies online he declared he wanted a knitted zombie of his very own.

Knowing that he also likes the Ramones I decided to combine the two, without any disrespect to either Joey or George.  Wink  I used the Joey Ramone pattern from the Stitch n Bitch Nation.  I sent it to my son (who is serving in Iraq) and he LOVES it!!  So, without further ado...

As you can see, he's already had a snack, so he's harmless for now.  Grin

2  My version of the Short 'n Sweet in Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller by TamKing on: January 18, 2007 02:06:08 PM
Here is my completed version of the Short 'n Sweet from the S 'n B book. I used Red Heart Plush and lengthened the sleeves and the body ~ hey, it gets cold in Michigan!  Wink I also added 2 rows around the entire body of the sweater by alternating FP and BP stitches.

3  Snowman from recycled bags in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by TamKing on: August 13, 2006 05:40:31 PM
Here is a snowman that I designed and crocheted almost entirely with recycled grocery bags.  The only yarn I used is in his nose and scarf.  Enjoy!!!
