Specifically, I'm interested in something that looks like this:

I looked on the Simplicity, Butterick, McCalls, and Vogue websites, but couldn't turn much up. In shape, it seems closest to the Duro styles, but I'm not interested in the bands on the bodice, etc.. Hoping someone here might have a suggestion of a pattern or a good way to modify something ....
