I don't think I have ever crafted myself into the emergency room.  But I have poured boiling grape juice down my arms while teaching my daughter to make jelly.  I have had to remove quilting needles from my hand and my foot  (I stepped on it trying to find where I dropped it.  And stangly enough I quilted my skirt to a baby quilt.  I wonder at times while they even allow me to keep crafting.
