It's cute, but I'm just going to say that you should call it a tulle and silk skirt, not a petticoat. A petticoat goes underneath a skirt or dress for fullness.

I know. I wear it under a pleated skirt that misses some volume.

Hard to take pictures of it with a skirt over it aye?
