Third shifts are hard. I used to work in community mental health group homes and pulled a lot of midnight shifts and it was never easy to eat right those days.
I'm glad I found this thread, I've been losing motivation to exercise again. This week though, I have a new goal. If I do all my exercise that I'm supposed to, I can order a belly dance piece of music and if I do two weeks straight through, I can order a hip belt of my very own, instead of having to borrow from the instructor.
It's definitely motivating.
I'm doing pretty well on the food side. I love to cook and I made a bunch of things this weekend to eat up during the week, so I haven't been going out or buying extras.
