This one is Romney wool plyed with silver thread.

this one I plyed with a red/burgandy thread

this one is plyed half with burgandy and half with a pumpkin colored thread.

I'm totally digging this plying with thread.

I used some blue faced lecester (or however it's spelt) and a drop spindle I got at the local fibre store.

Knitty's Madge modified.


and on Mr styrophom. Since I can't find a manniquine head its being the next best thing.

I used some bamboo to make my friend a shawl from the No sheep for you book and it was a dream to work with. Seriously it's almost enough to make me want to rush out and buy more, it's so soft and light and easy on the hands.
