hello all   Cheesy

I am wanting to make my own glass beads.
I was thinking of putting "mosaic" glass chunks in the rock tumbler to get them smooth and bead like then drill holes in them

does any one know if this would work?
do i need to use the "grit" as you would do with rocks?

Or is this just a bad idea
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Enzyme wash- making your shirts softer for that vintage feel? on: March 03, 2006 04:56:21 PM
i did a salt water soak with 6 cups of water to 3 cups of salt and let it sit in a small cooler of 3 days.

there is a thread somewhere in the recon clothing area

it softened it up a bit...not super vintage tho
