I second that emotion...very sweet, and nice work!
742  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Lattice Legwarmers (a tad impractical, but they look nice) on: October 09, 2006 06:00:52 PM
Hey, I'd wear 'em.  Think of all the different looks you could get by putting colored tights or stockings underneath them.

REally funny...Thanks for the giggle.  Grin
744  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Unsex Baby Sweater on: October 08, 2006 08:48:00 PM
Looks like you did a fine job, unisexually speaking.  It's a really sweet looking sweater.  And when the first baby is finished with it, you can hand it down to another one, since it's neither super girl-y nor boy-ly.   Cheesy

So, what kind of yarn did you use, if I may ask?  Those colors are awesome.

Ok, everyone who has that song firmly implanted in his or her brain now, raise your hand.......

It would be hard for me to pick a fave.  I really like the purple-y one on the end, but that black and fuschia one is a close second.

747  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Remember this? Chan Luu cashmere scarf on: September 30, 2006 08:23:05 PM
Oh my, oh my!  That scarf is totally classy!  You have inspired me to dig thru my old shell and lace patterns and make a scarf out of a pattern that I would not thought of using for such an item.  Thanks! Kiss
748  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: crocheting on both sides of the chain? on: September 29, 2006 03:12:20 PM
I've done something similar on a market bag.  The base of the bag was worked on both sides of the chain.  I got the pattern from the wrapper on the Sugar-n-Cream yarn cotton yarn.

Way pretty, especially the black one with the flowers.
