4  Re: Jiffy Tube-Top in a Jiff! in Knitting: Completed Projects by logger-ithmic on: February 03, 2007 10:42:55 AM
I was looking for a good "first time" cable pattern and recently stummbled onto this post. I thought the tube was so cute and didn't look too difficult.

I have a 36" Bust, but instead of increasing stitches, I worked the original pattern on 10.5 circs.  It came out a bit big, but I was planning on converting it to a tank in the first place, so I sewed on a little white ribbon & a couple of pink buttons.

5  Re: come one! come all! post pics of your tattoos! in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by logger-ithmic on: January 26, 2006 01:06:48 PM
I am so new to Craftster that I have yet to explore all of the nooks and crannies!  However, being a tattoo lover, as most of you are, I couldn't help but spend a few hours reading this thread.  Thanks to everyone who has shared so far, I have loved each of them and even felt compelled to add my own pics!

Keep in mind, I am a funeral director and _not_ a photographer! Smiley

This was my third of nine tattoos.  A friend and I went to the shop together and each got a little star, hers is navy blue, mine is baby blue.  Hers is on the other side of her chest so that when we hug, our stars are close to each others' hearts.  We have been friends for about 18 years! Smiley

This was my fourth tattoo (about 5 years old).  I wanted a "badass skull" tattoo that symbolized both life and death while still being feminine.  It was a great choice, considering my profession.  haha

This is my kitty tattoo.  The number 13 has always brought me luck. A lot of people ask me if it is the "Hell cat" from Hellcat records, but it is not.  However, it does double as a band tattoo, being the logo for Slim Jim's (of the Stray Cats) side band, 13 Cats.

Time to see if I can get this thing to work.  I apologize to everyone if there is anything wrong or obtrusive about this post. I am much better with a scalpel or crochet hook than this silly camera and the internet! Smiley
