I've seen a few people color in the embroidery stuff and I was wondering what was being used? Thanks!

I made this so I could go out and breastfeed without feeling like I was showing the world everything! I found this tutorial online, but it gives no specifics on measurements so it took me a couple hours to make, but I'm sure the next one will be much faster! I'm not too excited about this fabric, but I made this one for free, because I had all the stuff I needed so I can't complain too much.

I made these socks up for my baby, he's not here yet but I'm sure he'll find them warm! Lots of details (and pictures) on my blog. Here's a link to the pattern I used, with one change.

I made this mittens for my pumpkin that's on the way. The pattern is from HERE. They were super quick to make and I love 'em. I already have a couple other (stash) colors to use. Instead of the Knit Picks Sport Weight Shine she used, I used Caron Simply Soft because I had it here already. They look like they'll fit just fine on an infants hands, but I have none around yet to check, hehe.

This is the first one I've done but I bought fabric to do at least four more! I'm also going to make the curtains/crib skirt. I couldn't find anything in Dinosaurs that I liked (that was under $175 for the set) so I decided to make my own. Luckily for me Hancock fabrics had cotton on sale within a few days of me deciding this, lol. This is his "Moooommmm, Daaaaddd, I'm trying to sleeeeep!" face.

Here's what I came up with for a scrapbooked recipe book. I decided on a 6x6 book that way I could buy one piece of paper and cut it up to get up to four sheets out of it. This is a recipe I got from my husbands mother, it's wonderful and quick to make! I hope you like it. I'll be putting all the cards in so they sit veritcal (as shown in picture). I put the recipe on top and then variations we've come up with over the years at the bottom.



The paper the recipe is actually printed on is a orangey/beige color.

I saw a great thread on here for a recipe book that was hole punched and had three rings through the top. It was all different patterns and papers. Does anyone have an ideas on how to do this? Or something like it? I've been looking for a way to store all my recipes and I love this idea. Thanks in advance!

I made this tonight while watching CSI and I'm pretty happy with the out come. It's 3" finished and quite scratchy! Any suggestions or stories would be much appreciated, I've never used these before or made them, so any hints/tips would be great.
