This is my second claim.

I'd love a plush teddy bear - around 12" would be great!

Crochet hook roll - nice and bright colors

Quilting

12" squares - any pretty colors and nice pattern would be fine but if you need inspiration, check out this website: http://www.quilterscache.com/BlocksbySizeC.html

Wooden Items

Something to stand on my display shelves, that's under 12" tall, and relating to tulips, scarecrows or sunflowers.

Rail pet - if you're a wood worker you may know what I mean but if not, check out this for ideas:

5702  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: 100 Good Wishes Quilt top on: June 03, 2006 08:47:40 PM
Great quilt!  I like how the black shows off all the brighter colors.

I, too, would quilt on the diagonal and I would continue the stitching right through the border so that the border would end up with a zig zag design on it.  I've done this on a few quilts and it looks great.

That is a fantastic quilt!

I love the color combination.

Thanks to this great tutorial and all the questions that kitty1256 has answered for me, I now know how to make these jars and I have 31 of 42 made for the quilt I'm making for my cousin's son.  I'll be sure to post pictures once it's done.

Those are both great squares!  It's going to be hard to pick just one - I might actually have to give in and make both  Grin

I joined up again because I love this swap!

I'm trying to cut back on swapping for the summer because this stay-at-home Mom of 17 years has a casual job  Grin and I start on Monday.  It's filling in for vacation and sick leave but most of the work is July and August so that's going to cut into my craft time.

Thank you SO much!! (and hugs to your son!)

My son was sitting in the same room as my computer is in and I said to him, "Do you want to see a picture?"  He came over to look and said, "What's that doing on the internet and who's seen it?"  I told him that was the whole reason I had taken the picture (to show others) and I assured him that no one he knows has seen it.  "I guess that's what Mom's do," he said, "Embarrass their sons!"  This was all said with his HUGE grin so I know he wasn't upset!
