I better hurry up and put MissMeShell's name on it, or else I'll be tempted to keep it!  Grin

Great idea avsceriline!  I might have to do something to personalize Krafty_Kelly's also so I can't keep it or I better make another one so I can give this one away!

I claim eenodol for:

-crochet patterns or magazines
-cool beads, large or small

This is my 1st claim this round (I was trying to hold out for someone who wanted something Christmas related but since that didn't seem to be happening, I decided to go ahead and make a claim)

I'm in Alberta, Canada and this is my list in no particular order:

1)  Tea towels with snowmen, snowflakes, sunflowers or chili peppers on them.

2)  Handmade Christmas tree ornaments (no glass and nothing with santa, please)

3)  A tablecloth (50" x 70") with snowmen, snowflake or leaf material.

4)  Ladies size XL, long sleeve t-shirt (any color but white) with a snowman stencilled on the front.

5)  A pair of knit gloves made with stripes of red, green and yellow
(I have a pair right now that is almost too small and I could send you a picture so you see what I mean)

6)  I'd love a plush teddy bear - around 12" would be great!

7)  A cross stitch picture with tulips or sunflowers on it (medium sized)

5034  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: 12" Crochet Square of the Month Craftalong - NOVEMBER squares are up! on: November 05, 2006 02:18:59 PM
Oh yeah, we just got a new computer and so now I can post pictures from home rather than having to go to hubby's office.  Now I just have to figure out the cropping, etc. on this new machine.

Anyway, here's my November easy square:

and, the experienced square - I was too lazy to sew in all the ends before taking the picture so if you see any loose yarn, that's why:

Such a cute hat and great color combination!  Can't wait to see what else you make him.

Wow, you were busy!  I really like the bright colors you used, especially on the baby items.  But, I think my favorite is the pink hat with the fluffy edging!

Great hats!  I really like the colors.  I think the pink hat (first picture) needs a large flower on the side, that would make it better.

Okay, I need to ask a question - it was suggested earlier that partners agree on the amount of items they are sending - is anyone else, besides my partner and I, doing this?  And does someone want to tell me what small amounts, medium amounts and large amounts are?

I certainly will have many questions, and probably very silly ones at that  Tongue

There are never silly questions when you are trying to learn something!  so, ask away.

I taught myself to quilt - I knew how to sew so I thought it couldn't be that hard.  I think I found some patterns on the internet and then just followed what they said.  I also took questions I had to the local quilting store and they were great in answering them.

What a wonderful thing you are doing and I'm sure it will be very much appreciated!

I, too, would applique the hat onto the top
