I just found out something I needed to share - if you look at my last post (6 messages up) you will see some fabric I received from gatheredthreads.  Notice the green and orange pieces that look alike - she hand painted these!  I've never heard of this but they are beautiful and are even more special now  Grin

Very nice job.  Those colors go great together.

Those are great.  I love all the different colors you used and I wisted them!

Gorgeous necklace designsbyjenean!

Green is one of my favorite colors yet I have no jewelry in that color and with all the jewelry I've seen so far this month, maybe it will inspire me to make some.

By the way, for those who made a practice large bear, how much stuffing did it take?

I made a small bear and was amazed how much stuffing it took so I'd be prepared with lots for a large bear!

If the weather cooperates, i.e. if the temperature is above -30, I'll be able to get to the post office tomorrow. Also to go skating!

Yikes, girl, you live in the wrong end of the country (which, for all you who don't know, is Canada and her -30 is Celsius, which converts to -22 F)

We are at +7C today and it's supposed to go up to +15C by Saturday  Tongue

Oops, I know that's off topic and as the organizer of this I should know better but I just couldn't help myself.  Angry

I get to be the first person to show off my goodies for this round  Grin

gatheredthreads sent me some green and orange fabric (and now she's curiuos about what I'm making but, at this time, I'm not telling!)

The colors are really much more vivid than this and I love them!

I've been wanting to learn origami for awhile and so I asked for some supplies during this swap and faerykisses fulfilled my wish.  She sent me a fantastic book (and I know I'm going to spend hours and hours with it) and some paper.

THANKS so much!

4 days to go and less than 1/2 of the swaps members have mailed.  I hope you are all working on your tiny item and plan to send them on time  Grin
