I will be sending out by Friday, except for donniesgirl...I need to find the rest of the Hawaiian prints I have been hoarding and will probably never use...Grin

I'm confused ... the first page says donniesgirl already received from you  Shocked Roll Eyes

Gray pixelated!  I was totally going to do gray if no one did because of my Death Star scraps.   Grin  I might have enough for black if I don't get one of those though...

There's one of those coming too!

I posted a new picture of the grey block ... taking and posting in the middle of the night wasn't a good idea ... now it looks better.

1:00 am is probably not the best time to be working with itty, bitty, tiny pieces but when a person can't sleep and that's what is waiting on their work table, that's what said person tackled  Grin  My second pixelated block for donniesgirl is now in my gallery.

That means I have 144 tiny squares to attach together and I am finished this grueling round ...  Wink Cheesy

my last boat has been repaired and it's in my gallery.

Now on to the tiny, itty, bitty pieces for donniesgirl.

donniesgirl, the green, orange and blue rectangles should be the same size and it doesn't look like they are in the final picture.  I think you've cut some of them the wrong size.

I have puzzled over that too.  So color 1 is 14" long and then you take 5" off to make the center square.  That leaves a color 1 strip 9" long.  The color 2 & 3 strips are 8.5" long.  The directions say to make each strip into 4 rectangles but there is no way they'll all be the same size if one strip is 1/2" longer.  It also would only make each one about 1/8" longer and I think it was more than that hanging off the triangle.

Unlike AIMR, I didn't use the templates.  I measured the templates and then cut by the measurements - this made all the rectangles the same size.

Homer--are you ok today?  Thinking of you...

Thanks AIMR!!  My mom has been moved from ICU to a regular ward so that's good.  Emotionally I'm okay but I picked up a cold while I was away and that makes me feel yucky!

I love my boats and can work with the slightly smaller one if you do not want to send it back to the assembly line

Thanks quaggy but it's not a hard repair and I want to fix it for you.

I built quaggy 3 boats today but only 2 made my gallery - I cut fabric for all 3 block at the same time but for some unknown reason, 1 block came out 1/2" too small.  Tomorrow I shall repair that boat.

Life can throw you curve balls and I had one delivered on Sunday ... my mom has been sick on and off since the fall of 2010.  She's been in and out of hospital and this March she entered an assisted living facility on a temporary basis and in May it was decided she would live there full time.  Everything has been going well until late Sunday morning when we ended up in ICU with a low heart rate and a toxic urinary infection.  I decided to head down to where they live and just go home late last night.  Her heart is now beating properly but the infection is playing havoc with her mind and she's still delirious most of the time.  We had asked my parents to move here last fall and they planned to until my brother suggested it would be better for them to stay where they were.  Grrrrrr ... this from my only sibling and he lives even farther away from them then I do and hasn't been down once when mom's been sick!!  Rant over...

I'm building boats today.

My final 2 Icky Thumps are in my gallery on page 1.  Despite the complaining I may have done about them, I plan to go to that designer's blog and try some others from the same series.

This coming week I will build 3 boats and, hopefully, put together 2 more itty bitty tiny pieced blocks  Grin
