After almost forever and a day, SevsOnlyGirl has finally received the quilt squares I sent her.  Since I had pictures on my computer, I offered to post them.

This one is called Planned Patchhood:

and this one is called Arrowhead Puzzle:

They are square, it's my wonky picture taking that makes them look crooked!

542  Re: Cover a 14" Pillow gallery!! in The Swap Gallery by Homerof2 on: May 02, 2007 07:05:45 AM
I have a picture of it with a pillow inside:

Doesn't look a whole lot different than your flat picture but there is some dimension to it and no fold lines  Smiley

543  Re: 2007 Color Craft-A-Long in Craftalongs by Homerof2 on: May 01, 2007 06:01:58 PM
Here is my almost completed project for May - it's almost complete only because I'm not sure if I'm going to finish it.  I used to sew tons of stuff when my boys were younger - all my own clothes, except pants, all my hubby's shirts and most everything for my sons.  Lately though, I haven't been able to find very good material and sometimes it's cheaper to buy then sew so I haven't done as much clothing.  However, I decided I wanted to make myself some clothes so I pulled out a pattern from a few years back but now that I'm to this stage, I'm not sure if I still like this style.  All it needs are buttons and a hem.......but, we will see what happens.

If I don't finish it though, I'm not going to be wasting much - the material was 75% off and cost me less than $10.00.

I also received a package from kishcrafts yesterday.

Some fantastic thread (both regular and quilting) and a very cute easter pin she made herself!

The 3 items on the pin are sooooo tiny and soooooooo perfectly made!

I received from Raynbow a few days back but wasn't able to get pictures until today.

She sent me this wonderful Quilting pattern-a-day calendar and some thread (which isn't in the pictures because it's already in my thread holder):

I KNOW I'm going to get lots of use from this!

Mint received from me awhile back and since she hasn't had a chance to post pictures yet, I thought I would go ahead and post some (hopefully you don't mind, Mint)

I sent her a doily, a crochet hook roll and needle holder:

the roll and holder opened (including the 2 hooks and needle I included) :

Also, she said if I made any afghan squares she wanted them in the colors of harry potter and she even directed me to a website to check it out.  I was able to make 2 of the combinations (gold and scarlet, black and yellow) and then also made a green one:

I received my package from Mint today.

She sent a bright yellow octopus, a crochet hook roll in a nice bright fabric, some purple yarn and a beanie for my youngest son.  She also sent some Hardy Boy books for my older son but they are already on the bookshelf and didn't make the picture.

THANKS MINT!!!

I was blown away today when I opened my package from xladyluckx.  She had told me in a PM that I was going to be spoiled and that's exactly what she did.

She picked to send me some bright fabric with small patterns and this is what I received:

and also, she sent some craft related fabrics:

I literally gasped when I saw the measuring tape fabric and almost cried over the rest.

These aren't just small pieces either, there's lots of each.  THANKS!!!! so much for your generosity!!!!

I received a pillow cover from TwiztidBlood yesterday.  Sorry I have to show it flat but I don't have the correct size form for it yet.
