We've talked about it for a while, I'm just wondering how many people are still interested. I'll organize an actual swap on here as long as I have a few interested people. It could be an all of Alberta swap, but those of us that live in Edmonton can all get together for a face-to-face swap. What do you think?

Help! I have just over a week to make my dad a birthday present! Please, please help me with ideas.

I have less than $40 CAD to spend. I have tons of yarn (thinking of knitting him socks). My dad likes: living in the country, his big truck, bbqing, hunting, fishing, golf, being a "guy's guy", port, nice wine, politics, Aboriginal art...

In the past I have gifted him cookies, food stuff and lots of clothes.

If you were to, let's say, decorate your house to look like a biohazard lab that "blew up" - what would you do?

Current ideas from me are:

-rain barrels on the front lawn filled with dry ice and lights.
-jars filled with flour labelled "Anthrax"
-cages filled with glowing plastic rats.
-"x-rays" printed on transparencies hung around the house.

Ideas from my friend, Travis:

-fake deformed babies in jars (i'm guessing you'd use fake, but its your soul haha)
-broken gas mask/haz mat suits lying about (cuz not everyone was working at the time of the explosion)
-broken containers with lids nearby saying random ridiculous viruses (smallpox/bubonic)

More idea please!

My family is in australia right now, so I'm wanting to use this time to re-paint and decorate my younger brother's room like a castle. Does anyone have any tips or ideas?
