I vaguely remember seeing somewhere instructions for making chiffon or organza dahlias. If I recall, the petals are cut on the bias and pulled - tip to tip, to make them curl. It was supposed to be done over steam with silk only chiffon. I really cannot remember the instructions or where I saw it!

Does anyone know about this method?? I want to make miniature dahlia's to put on dolls' hats and use as decorations as this designer has.
