Do you have a pattern that you use? I <3 owls and would LOVE to make one of these little buggers!! Total adorableness!!!!

i don't have a pattern, i make them from my head, each one is completely different. its like a small hat, then switch yarn half way up, then decrease when it looks like a big pill, and crochet some circles, weave in all the ends get some safety eyes and crochet two half circles. sew them on with the extra yarn. viola, thats about it. no specific numbers just however i'm feeling that day is how big they become.

I thought sewing it might be faster, which i still think it was but i don't think it gave it any extra length. Maybe a little more stretch, which probably isn't a good thing!but other than that i think the length would be just about the same!
