I've been playing around with professional marker pens recently. I really love them. I used quite heavy paper so that they layered a bit better and gave a bit of a watercolour style finish. They're a bit easier to control than paint but the downside is you need lots of colours which works out a bit expensive (They are 2 a pen which is not terrible but copic markers are about 7 a pen!!!

Hello! This is my first time posting here. I'm from London, UK and am trying to become An Artist. A few months ago I decided to value and nurture my creative side and I found this program a lot of fun. Not least because it's free and you don't feel like you are wasting valuble supplies.

I did these with a mouse so they are not perfect but here is what I did:















It's really interesting because you can see the process that the people drawing have used to create their artworks. (I think artpad does a similar thing but it's not as pretty and I don't think people have usernames!)

Here is what my drawing looks like if I have a little more control over the pen!!
