3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Button-up sleeves... on: October 10, 2006 02:37:12 PM
The first garment I've knitted without a pattern!

I used about 3.5 balls of Wendy Supreme Cotton DK in "lilac" on US4/3.5mm circular needles. It's basically a bottom-up, seamless raglan with the sleeve construction modified to be "buttoned up." The button bands were picked up and knit in 2x2 ribbing along the length the of sleeves and neck.

More details on the construction can be found on my blog.
4  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Argyle socks... on: August 18, 2006 11:35:53 AM
Inspired by Eunny's mini argyle stockings (http://www.eunnyjang.com/knit/2006/03/miniargyle_stockings.html) and my own impatience to wait for a pattern:

I used the chart (http://www.eunnyjang.com/knit/2006/02/and_were_off.html) she posted and the rest I figured out on my own.

More info can be found on my blog.
