Various types of stir fry get made regularly in my house.
Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, whatever. It doesn't matter really.
During the summer months it's lots of salads and light meals since it gets so hot in Texas. For some reason, heat makes me not want to eat much.
During the colder months, we do lots of slow cooked meals, whether it's chicken and dumplings, asian noodle stew, red beans and rice, or spaghetti and meatballs.
Broccolli rice and cheese casserole gets made a lot too.
