1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Your Weekly Menu on: September 05, 2006 12:36:59 PM
Various types of stir fry get made regularly in my house.

Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, whatever. It doesn't matter really.

During the summer months it's lots of salads and light meals since it gets so hot in Texas. For some reason, heat makes me not want to eat much.

During the colder months, we do lots of slow cooked meals, whether it's chicken and dumplings, asian noodle stew, red beans and rice, or spaghetti and meatballs.

Broccolli rice and cheese casserole gets made a lot too.

Oh my stars!

Those are amazingly cute! I agree, those look like they would make great knitting or sewwing bags!

As for price, I would pay $10-$15, but that's just me.

Are there any pockets on the inside?

I also used to drink my watercolor waste water and eat paper, though, too.

I thought I was the only one!

I had every intention of commenting, but suddenly I have lost all ability to form words coherently...
5  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Tea Jello! (a bad cook gets crazy in the kitchen) on: June 28, 2006 12:05:34 AM
Ever tried orange jello made with white grape juice?

Heavenly, I tell ya!
6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Fimo Stud Earrings (: on: June 28, 2006 12:00:33 AM
You did a really great job on those!

Those pineapples are so adorable I think I could rock those any day of the week.

To keep them from squishing, I would bake them first and then attach the finding with a bit of glue.

I /think/ Diane probably has something about that on Glass Attic Smiley

I LOVE the scarf on the second shirt. That rocks my socks so hard it isn't even funny. Everything you make amazes me.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: am I COMPLETELY tasteless? on: February 19, 2006 03:24:17 PM
Not tasteless at all to me. Art interpretation is just that...interpretation. You did a good job on drawing it out as well.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: help me save my pantalones, please on: July 24, 2005 12:31:12 PM
The only thing I can come up with is to patch is with some fabric. I don't suppose it would really matter what print it was, unless you are planning on maximum crotch exposure. If all else fails, just wear cute underwear!
